Country Estate Wallsteijn
This neo-classicistic country house with Corinthian pillars was built in 1793 by Frederik van der Wall, the Sheriff of Zundert. The country estate is surrounded by an English country garden with a coach-house, an aviary, an orangery, an arbour, a garden-house and various other annexes. The National Trust renovated the surrounding estate with a swimming pool. One for ladies and one for gentlemen and an orchard according to the drawing designs of 1793!
The stables of this estate have been transformed into meeting and congress halls. Annehoeve-Country Estate Wallsteijn is situated along the Achtmaalseweg 158b.
